Delivery Information

Please note - any orders after the 27th July, will be processed on Friday 30th July, due to Holidays. We are sorry for any inconvienence this may cause.

Usuall Delivery Information:-

Any order received by 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same working day.

Any orders after 2pm Friday will be sent the following Monday. - ( If Monday is a Bank Holiday the order will be sent on the Tuesday)

Cost for postage on weight upto 1.00KG :-

UK - 1st class recorded postage £ 2.50   estimated 1-2 days to arrive.

Southern Ireland - 1st class recorded postage £ 5.50 estimated 2-3 days to arrive.

Europe - 1st class recorded postage £5.50 estimated 3-5 days to arrive.

UK - Special Delivery guaranteed next day before 1pm will cost £ 6.50. 

Royal Mail do not guarantee next day, But 98% of orders are recieved the next day.

Special Offer on all orders in July  -  FREE POSTAGE - 1st class recorded.

Any orders that have not arrived after 5 days of ordering, please contact me and I will track your order and advice you upon delivery. - If any orders are lost I will re-send - free of charge.

Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel within 10 days after receiving the goods and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order contact us by telephone or via email, we will instruct you to send the goods in it's original packaging unopened back to us. On receipt, we will then issue a full refund within 7 days. You must post goods back to us unopened within 3 days of informing us that you wish to return it, failure to do so will result in the refund not being processed. We do also strongly recommend that you send it by recorded delivery.
